Can this hairdryer be installed in a bathroom?
Unfortunately it is not IP Rated, we would recommend the Valera Hotello models that are bathroom safe
I would appreciate answers to these two queries
Q1-What are the dimensions of the Base unit which is fitted to the wall & the mains supply? Not the actual hair dryer dimensions
Q2-Is this unit suitable for bathrooms.

When you say it is not recommended is it not allowed legally? Or is it simply a recommendation?
The manufacturer advise this is not suitable for a bathroom location due to not been I.P rated. We would suggest the Valera Hotelleo linked below
