We have a client who is after a hair dryer for the bathroom. He liked the look of the Valera Action in White. Is the 1600W more powerful than the 1200W one? There isn't much difference in the price so I can't imagine it makes much difference.

This product is not suitable for a bathroom as it does not have an IP rating.The 1600W hair dryer is more powerful than the 1200W one. The safety switch reacts the same as the on and off switch, when the button is pressed in the hair dryer will be on, when button is released the hair dryer will switch off.
I like Valera hairdryer 1600w but I need to put it inside my washing area can I place it their and what is IP. if not can you suggest one smiler to this one
Unfortunately, this hair dryer is not suitable for a washing area. IP is Ingress Protection. It is a rating for the ingress of solid particles and water. If a hair dryer has this rating, it can be installed in a washroom area, but must be at least one metre away from running water and installed by a qualified electrician.
