This Hepa filter is for use with the Gladiator range of hand dryers.

HEPA stands for High Efficiency Particulate Arresting. 

This means that HEPA filters have a high efficiency at arresting, or capturing particles. 

HEPA is a type of air filter that your Gladiator Hand Dryer is fitted with a HEPA system to prevent the spread of bacteria.

We recommend that the filters are changed every 8 to 12 months depending on use.

Commercial, warm air hand dryers were under constant testing as it is thought they were a breeding ground for bacteria

High speed hand dryers were introduced, without heater elements, quicker at drying the hands and therefore diminishing wet hands (the breading ground of germs).  

Antimicrobial materials were also used in the making of the hand dryers

The HEPA filter was invented, which filtered the air being sucked into the hand dryer of dirt and bacteria, making sure clean air is blown over the hands

New technology has been added to the HEPA filtered hand dryer to actively clean the filter, because if a HEPA filter is not maintained and serviced regularly, dirt can build up and render the filter ineffective.

Cold Plasma generators included in hand dryers have now successfully ended all doubt that hand dryers are unhygienic.  

The cold plasma actively kills germs and bacteria with its antimicrobial properties, not just in the hand dryer itself, but it can also work fast enough to clean the air around the hands as they are drying.
