A rug doctor machine recommends using 150 ml of their own carpet cleaner mixed with warm water in the machine. Would that be enough of this cleaner too?
Please follow the Rug Dr instructions. For the Cleenly Shampoo 1 part water to 20 to 50 part solution dependant on the stain.
We followed the instructions as instructed on the tub, it didnt remove the smell or the stain from our carpet what can you suggest? As it clearly hasn't done its job.
We would recommend the dilution rate would be to add 1 part solution to 20 water if using a machine or steamer for great results.
