How to Use

Used a garden spray to apply this product to my Patio which was very dirty and had a lot of black spots on. I had tried a pressure washer previously that cleaned to a certain extent but left the black spots. After using this product most of the black spots had disappeared and the rest of the patio looked like new again. I applied again to the area where some of the black spots remained this cleared them up just like new again. I ordered 4 x 5 LTR containers which worked out a lot cheaper than 1 container. This product is fantastic for cleaning Patios Paving etc, But plants dont like it so had to take care when using.

We recommend washing it off with care - it won't harm your plants if you wash it off thoroughly as it becomes too diluted, however we would still recomend directing the run-off away from your plants just in case.

Please can confirm the issue on your paving for dirt & grime then use the patio & driveway cleaner. If you have black spot then the black spot remover is more suitable.

If stored out of direct sunlight or in cold conditions then it is expected to last around 3 years.

We want to treat a wall top but have a new resin drive. Will this be safe to rinse onto resin drive as otherwise would have to rinse onto garden plants.

Hi, on the container this product came in, it says not to use in warm weather. Which would be the ideal temperature to use. Also, I need to clean the paving around my fish pond. Would it be ok to clean this with a brush and maybe wash away with a sponge to try keep the min amount going into my pond which has koi carp.
We would advise not to apply when it is too warm so below 20c as the product would dry too quickly. DO NOT USE near your pond it will kill all aquatic life including your koi carp.

What happens if it is used while it rains? How long should it be dry after spraying if not?
If it rains it will dilute the solution and not be so effective. It is more effective on a dry day.
It says it can be left overnight for better results . I get often have foxes and hedgehogs in the garden at night so would you not recommend doing this, or is it ok if the area is dry when they come?
It may be better to apply earlier in the morning and leave for longer but rinse the treated area before the foxes and hedgehogs may reappear.
