Hi, I have a large area covered in brambles and weeds. It is going to be artificially grassed. Is this ok to use before laying the grass. It will be a children's garden area.

We would recommend the Gallup 360 Biograde Glyphosate Concentrated Weed Killer, this will kill large brambles, but we would advise that the product must reach the roots, so saturate well. If the product does not reach the roots the brambles will return. It is a total weed killer and will also kill your grass.

I have been trying for past 8 years to get rid of verleriam in front garden( this also grows on my local beach) it’s taking over everything. Have tried all products from lots of garden centres and RHS version but keeps coming back.

It should kill bamboo, but we would advise that 2 - 3 attempts may be needed. You will have to make sure you get to the roots of the bamboo, and this can be difficult if the bamboo has dense foliage.

It works much better on a dry day. The solution is watered down if it rains after treatment and will not be as effective.

Can this be applied when the ground is wet?
For better application, we recommend using it on dry ground not wet.
Does this kill bindweed?
No, but we would recommend using the Gallup 360. Bind weed is very tough, so we would advise you to apply the Gallup 360 to full coverage, making sure the weed killer gets through to the roots. Two to three applications may be needed to fully kill the weeds.
