Keep your patio, paving, and driveway completely protected against weathering for up to 10 years with a single coat of Pro-Kleen PatioSeal! It’s a fast-acting invisible patio sealant that can be used to weatherproof any stone surfaces, offering unbeatable value and long-lasting protection.
A single 5L bottle of PatioSeal can cover up to 50m², so it’s perfect for even the largest paved areas. There’s no need to dilute it down or mix it to make it go further; just use straight out of the bottle! A single coat will easily keep your whole patio protected, making PatioSeal great value for domestic or professional use.
Unlike many other patio sealants, PatioSeal cures quickly so you’ll be protected right away. It’ll be weatherproof just 3-4 hours after application and will be completely cured within 24 hours. After this time, your patio will be completely protected against rain, oil, grease, fat, and chemical stains.
You can apply PatioSeal to concrete, brickwork, stone flooring, paving slabs, driveways, and Indian sandstone. To use, first clean your patio of any dirt, debris, or moss. Then apply an even coat of PatioSeal using a pump sprayer. Let it cure for 24 hours and your patio will be protected for up to 10 years! You should only need to use one coat, but very porous materials like limestone may need a second coat.
The product is not suitable for use on tarmac or lime-based cement. Not suitable for resin drives/resin seals.
Do not apply in wet conditions or when rain is forecast.

This leaves a clear matt finish but is not suitable for lime-based cement. Gives weather protection for up to 10 years with a single coat.

Yes, this can be used on brickwork & block paving but is not suitable for resin seals or grouting.

I have newly laid Kendala Grey Indian stone slabs. Would this be good to use. As there are a few sealers out there that don't work with this stone type.
Please test a small inconspicuous area first. Also check with the manufacturer of the Kendala Grey Indian stone slabs if newly laid slabs can be sealed.

Yes, it is suitable for yorkstone crazy paving and fixed set pointing.
Can this be used on porceline outdoor tiles?
Porcelain tiles usually have a waterproof covering so the weatherproof sealant would not be suitable. Please check with the manufacturer of your porcelain tiles for the correct advise.
I have just used the black spot remover,will the patio seal react to any black spot remover that hasn't completely washed off.
Please make sure that the treated area is fully washed down and dried before applying the weatherproof sealant. Any unremoved blackspot will be sealed under the invisible weatherproof sealant.
I’ve just removed all the black spot but if it reappears after a year or 2 & I use the black spot remover again will I need to reseal it again?
After retreatment of the black spot remover and the area is fully rinsed and dried. The Weatherproof sealant would need to be reapplied. Always test a small inconspicuous area first.

Please apply only when the newly laid concrete driveway is fully cured please clean the area first before your application. Always test a small inconspicuous area first.

I bought your Patio sealer last week but haven't applied it yet, does the paving need to be completely dry before use?
I've been told that some products look cloudy if the stone isn't bone dry.
Also, I have some rust spots from metal furniture
The paving must be completely dry before the sealant is applied. Please do not apply in wet conditions or when rain is expected. Unfortunately we are unable to recommend a product to remove your rust spots.
I am going to use PatioSeal Invisible on Friday. The temperature outside is going to be 21 degrees. How long will it be before I can walk on the patio after applying. Thank you. Pauline
This is dependant on your application thickness but expected to be Waterproof and rainfast after 3-4 hours.
Is this product âpet-safeâ after the 3-4 hours drying time or does it need full 24 hours âcuringâ time?
The manufacturer confirms that once this is dry it will then be pet safe.

Can this be used on slabs which have been painted with masonry paint?
No, this is not suitable to be used on masonry painted slabs. If the paint is removed the PatioSeal can then be used.
I have just used Black Spot Destroyer to clean my patio. Will this stop black spot from re-appearing on my slabs?
This is all dependant on weather conditions but it will not stop the black spot returning but should slow it down.

I have an Indian stone drive which l have trouble with car tyre marks. Upon cleaning the marks off and applying the sealer, will that help with further tyre marks.?
Unfortunately, this was not tested against tyre marks on Indian Stone.

I have Indian sandstone slabs and when wet goes a a lot darker, yellow and pink etc but when dry is pale grey, does this alter the colour. Many thanks Karen

We would recommend removing the blackspot before repointing your Indian Sandstone. Please follow the manufacturers instructions when repointing and check with them how long before you can use the PatioSeal to weatherproof the treated area.
I have received the Ultimate Black Remover. Can I leave it on overnight before scrubbing off?
The Ultimate Black Remover can be left for a minimum of 2 hours or left overnight and the treated area rinsed.
Will this stop the slabs from icing up in cold temperatures?
No, this will weatherproof your slabs but will not prevent ice from forming.

I have a driveway that is pavier slabs that have been down over 15 years and they have lost their original colour. Will your product enrich the paving slabs back to something like their original colour again.
