I have recently completed an extension at the rear of my property. There is a 300mm (12") gap between the flank wall of the extension and my party wall. The space so formed is 4 metres long and 3 metres high. Inevitably, careless construction workers dropped items into this space and, no longer having a small child at home who could be pressed into entering this narrow space for litter retrieval, I sought a solution on the internet. The long litter picker was ideal for this purpose and has been retained carefully for future use in keeping this space clean hereafter. The websearch turned up the product fairly easily and it was delivered promptly. It was a little expensive, but this is propbably priced for sale to Local Authorities who are not spending there own money.
