I’ve had one must be two years or more one tube has only just gone so I rang to order some more I’m very pleased with the packaging very good no hassle. No hassle replacing the Tube either very easy. This item is very effective and up to now seems a lot better than the original 20 Watt bulbs which didn`t last a year So good in fact I ordered another set of tubes.
