- This instant under sink water heater quickly and efficiently provides hot water for a wash basin with hotter water delivered than the Perfect 35 water heater.
- Water runs through the unit and is heated up using the latest in heating element technology for efficient, instant supply
- Traditional tank type water heaters have to heat litres of water before supplying hot water to you. So for washing your hands, you may use up to 10 litres of cold water before the hot water arrives. With an instant water heater, the water is supplied hot instantaneously cutting down on wasted water and associated bills.
- If your basin is a distance from your central heating water source, we highly recommend installing a perfect water heater
- Suitable for use with any taps from single to monobloc, with peak performance found with spray fittings
- The unit will not supply a shower or bath with water.
- 19.6 amps fuse needed
- Minimum water pressure required 10psi or 0.7bar

Good instructions..easily fitted ..seems a good quality water heater.. perfect for undersink water heating, saving me lots of money as I now don't have to heat a full tank of water for occasional use

Had purchased before cheaper under sink heater, this started to leak within six months, got a new one under garuantee this also started to leak within three months,
Decided then to get hopefully a better more expensive heater, twice the price of previous one, on opening package immediately felt it was sturdier and better made.
Easy to fit, instructions ok, works well better hot water output from previous one, so far so good, but it is early days!

Can you actually answer this question?? What is the maximum distance away from the tap that the heater can be installed?
The manufacturer confirms a maximum of 1mtr away from the tap. Ideally 300-500mm for immediate warm delivery and minimal heat losses of the water.
What Approvals does this have for being connected to water supply (WRAS, KIWA etc)?
They are CE approved to council directive 73/23/EEC ( low voltage directive)
Could this be used for a hairdresser to wash hair?
Yes, it can be used in an hairdresser one required per sink for light use. The correct water pressure is needed and the correct electric fuse.

Is there a limit on how many litres it will produce? or will it be constant hot running water?

What are the dimensions of this Perfect 45 undersink water heater please?

What voltage is needed for a 4.5 or.5.5 kw unit?
The voltage for the the Perfect range is 230 volts.
I require a unit to provide enough hot water and at a good temperature to wash up mugs and crockery in our office.

This water heater would not be sufficient for your needs. We would recommend the Perfect 55 as an alternative. Please see product code 133365.
Can you advise me the water temperture output for this Perfect 45 instance heater?
The water temperature output will depend on the flow rate of the water. Please see below for the details:

What is the water flow at outlet tap is a full normal flow or just a trickle as I’ve recently had a instant hot water tap cold water pressure is normal for house hold tap but when you want the hot water you have to fiddle about until you get the right reading but you only get a third of the water power in other words it’s just a trickle ???????????

This water heater can be used to supply water to a hand wash basin in a bathroom.
What is the maximum distance away from the tap that the heater can be installed?
This unit connects directly to your cold water feed and comes with full instructions however it will require a qualified tradesperson to fit the unit due to the manufacturer warranty.
Can an isolator for this water heater be spurred of a standard double plug socket?
This must be installed with a qualified tradesperson and a 25 amp fuse is required.
