Heavy Duty Industrial Extractor Fans
Hydor’s axial flow plate fans offer heavy-duty design and performance, meaning they’re suitable for almost any environment. They’re high-powered and can move a massive amount of air, with an air change rate of up to 2.59m³ per second. In addition, they all feature a bell mouth inlet and a sickle-blade impeller for smoother, quieter airflow.
A Reliable All-Purpose Range of Extractor Fans
You can install them in warehouses, restaurants, factories, labs, schools, barns, and more. All you need to do is choose the correct fan size, plate size, and air capacity. If you aren’t sure what air capacity you need, you can check using this table.
You can mount them in any position thanks to their sealed-for-life ball bearings. These ensure the motor can run at peak efficiency even if you have to mount the fan in the ceiling.
Safe, IP44 Rated, and Splash Resistant
You can use these fans in bathrooms, shower rooms, and any other wet area thanks to their splashproof IP44 rating. They also have a tough epoxy paint finish which helps prevent corrosion from water or chemical fumes.
The fan is further protected thanks to Class F insulation, sealed-for-life ball bearings in the motor, condensation drain holes, and thermal overload protection. All of this adds up to a safe and secure unit that’s perfect for almost any building project.
Can Operate at Up To 95% Humidity
These extractor fans are suitable for use in damp or steamy environments, so you can install them in shower rooms, dye rooms, or poorly-ventilated underground areas.
Resistant to Temperatures up to 55°C
Hydor’s fans are heat-resistant and hard-wearing, meaning they can safely be installed in almost any wall. Note that these fans are not suitable for installation in canopy cooker hobs.
Can Be Used as an Extractor Fan or a Supply Duct
Depending on how you install the fan on a wall, it can be used as either an extractor fan or an intake duct. Note that this cannot be changed once the fan has been installed.
