Heavy-duty Industrial Extractor Fan

The Axial flow plate from Hydor is a sturdy and reliable extractor fan. With a heavy-duty design and high-power performance which provides an air change rate of up to 2.59m³ per second, they are suitable for use in a wide range of environments. These units also include a bell mouth inlet and a sickle-blade impeller for smoother, quieter airflow.  

A reliable all-purpose fan

Due to the sealed-for-life ball bearings, they can be mounted in any position, which means if you a restricted to space and need to install the fan in the ceiling or somewhere similar they will still run efficiently.

Depending on how it is installed, the axial flow plate can be used as an extractor fan or an intake duct. Please note however that this cannot be changed once the unit is installed.

Additional safety features

They come with a variety of additional features to keep the fan running safely including thermal overload protection, condensation drain holes and Class F insulation, which means you can rest assured that regardless of where you install your fan it will be safe and secure.

With an IP44 rating, they are safe for use in bathrooms and other wet areas. The sturdy epoxy paint finish also helps prevent corrosion from the water of chemical fumes. They will contain to safely operate up to 95% humidity.

Axial flow plates’ tough design and hard-wearing materials also mean it is heat resistant up to 55°C so they can be installed in high-temperature areas.
