I'm looking for s replacement key for top side opening the key is quite long with a point at the end do you stock these please
The plastic keys are available to purchase. They are a U shape.
Is there some sort of 'mechanism' that puts a 'brake' on the loo roll such that great lengths of paper can't be easily pulled out?
There is no brake system as such, it is just the weight of the second roll pushing down on the first.
TWIN TOILET ROLL DISPENSER: please let me know how these can be fixed to the wall or chipboard cubicle divider. Are screws or bolts provided?
Am I right in assuming that the toilet rolls which fit this are the same as 'ordinary' household domestic rolls
This unit does come with a fixing kit, and you can put standard toilet rolls from any supermarket in it.
Do u provide a spare key
A key will come with the unit but we do have replacements available to purchase. Please see product code 230206.

Are these dispensers lockable ??
Yes this unit is lockable.
What happens when the bottom toilet roll is used up. How does the one at the top come into use.
The empty tube can be pulled through the gap at the bottom of the unit, the full roll at the top automatically falls down into use.
I just received two of these and not able to install it. No instruction manual inside. Please help ASAP
