How do you open to replace with fresh roll!!!
This is a paper towel dispenser therefore does not take rolls but to add more towels you can simply open the unit with the key provided. The front will pull forward and drop down to allow you to fill it up.
I've just had one of these installed, but can't seem to remove the front to fill with paper towel. How do I remove it?
Just stick the pronged key supplied into the top of the unit and it folds down.
We have 2 of these in our washrooms but the cleaners have lost the keys. Can you supply replacements?

Hi, can we use D fold towels in this dispenser? We've been using C fold but so many are being wasted because people pull out handfuls; we are wondering whether D fold might be less wasteful. Please advise.

We would advise you to use Z fold paper towels to avoid wastage.
What size towels will this dispenser take?
