How do I open the sdispenser to refill it. Is there a key required and, if so, where can I obtain one.
Insert the provided plastic key at the top of the dispenser and then fill the reservoir with soap of your choice.

Can the soap holder be removed from the dispenser for cleaning.
No, although the whole front of the unit lifts up to give easy access to the soap holder.
How are the dispensers filled, is it with a sealed package, or can they be topped up with the soap?
These are refilled using bulk soap that is poured into the dispenser.
Can I install this outdoors?
No, we would recommend for indoor use only.
