I fitted this heater in a shower room and it has made all the difference. The temperature is easily maintained and condensation has ceased to be a problem. I haven’t found the need to use the timer and don’t find the noise level to be any greater than any fan heater. I am pleased with the heater which suits my requirements perfectly.

Is there a manual overide to switch it on and off , independent of the timer.

This Heater can be used manually and a temperature set or it can be used with the 24/7 timer.

How long is the power cord?

The power lead is approximately 1.2m.

Can the heater be installed above some built in bathroom cupboards? Is so, what minimum height above the counter top would you recommend? Thanks Ray

The manufacturer advises no minimum height is required from the ceiling due to the Bathroom Heater blowing downwards and not up. The minimum height from the floor is 1 . 2m and 0.25m is required on either side.

Does the MYLEK Electric Bathroom Heater 2KW come with a plug fitted to the electrical cord and if not can it be used with a 13amp plug?

This can be spurred in by a qualified electrician in the correct zone of your bathroom. It does not come with a 3-pin plug.

No, the timer can only be set per hour and not for 30 minutes.

No, you would need to reset the current day & time and decide on a program again.
