We have bought this Urn for our office but keep getting complaints about the water tasting horrible, what can be done to stop this?
This water boiler has a chlorine filter and may affect the taste of the water slightly. However, it is advised to flush out the unit twice before using the water heater for the first time. If this was not done, maybe it is wise to do so. Also Burco have advised the blue inlet hose should be used, as opposed to customer's own water inlet pipes. The blue hose also filters the water to some degree.
